 All of our entrees are served with a complimentary Brushetta Basket.  A side salad with entree is an additional $1.50 a Ceasar side salad $1.95.  Entrees are served starting at 3pm.  Early bird special 3pm-5pm side salad included in price of entree.  Sharing Charge $1.00

  • Veggie Lasagna vgt $13.95 Homemade with spinach, carrots, squash, tomatoes, ricotta, parmesan & mozzarella cheese and homemade tomato sauce.
  • Lasagna $14.95 Homemade and stuffed with ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella cheese, turkey meatballs and tomato sauce.
  • Blackened Salmon with Lemon Dill $14.95  A 6 oz portion of salmon filet blackened and served with homemade lemon dill dressing with brown rice.
  • Maple Soy Glazed Salmon $14.95 A 6 oz portion glazed with homemade maple soy sauce baked and topped with pine nuts and served with brown rice.
  • Spinach Manicotti Trio $13.95 Our homemade shells stuffed with sauteed spinach, mozzarella & parmesan cheese. Topped with more cheese and tomato sauce.
  • Warm Spinach Salad with Scallops $15.95 Six large sea scallops sauteed in a lemon pesto butter served  on sateed spinach topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese and pine nuts and served with a sie of brown rice.
  • Chicken Brushchetta $13.95 or Shrimp Bruschetta $14.95 Grilled chicken or shrimp sauteed with zucchini and our homemade bruschetta served on a bed of brown rice with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
  • Sweet Sweet Turkey Meatballs $13.95 Three homemade turkey meatballs simmered in a sweet orange pineapple sauce with peppers, onions and broccoli served on a bed of brown rice.
  • Peanut Noodles $13.95 Chunks of tofu or chicken sauteed with a homemade peanut soy and thai sauce with peppers, onions, broccoli and carrots tossed with chinese noodles served at room temperature.
  • Balsamic Chicken $14.95 Tender chicken sauteed with peppers, broccoli, raisins & almonds in a rich balsamic sauce served with brown rice (sub tofu for chicken vgt, veg)
  • Chicken Marsala $14.95 Tender chicken sauteed with protabella & button mushrooms in a homemade marsala sauce served with brown rice.

  • Vegetarian Paella $13.95 vgt, veg Peppers, onion, squash, mushrooms, carrots, tomatoes, chick peas, broccoli, garlic sauteed in a red wine sauce with tumeric and brown rice.
  • Spanish Paella $15.95 Shrimp, scallops, & chicken sauteed with peppers, onions, mushrooms, carrots, tomatoes, chick peas, broccoli with garlic in a red wine sauce with tumeric and brown sauce. (substitute tofu for chicken & shrimp & scallops)
  • Orange Cranberry Walnut Chicken $14.95 or Shrimp $15.95 Your choice of chicken breast or shrimp sauteed with our soy orange sauce, cranberries, walnuts, peppers & broccoli served with brown rice. (substitute tofu for chicken vgt, veg)
  • Feta Chicken & Vegetables $14.95 Grilled chicken served won a bed of peppers, spinach, onions and broccoli topped with melted feta cheese and served on a bed of brown rice.
